PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — It isn't hard to tell that the newest luxury building to hit the market in Park Slope was inspired by the parks that surround it. The 73-condominium development features three green spaces, including a Zen garden with Japanese maple trees and a courtyard with a backdrop of bamboo.

Developers say the green spaces add to what makes Arbor Eighteen, found on 18th Street, the "healthiest building in Brooklyn." Inside, wellness-oriented amenities like a gym with a yoga studio and pet spa continue to "induce calm and promote a healthy lifestyle."

That healthy lifestyle will cost residents between $530,000 and $1.9 million for one of the one, two and three- bedroom residences.

"Luxury today is all about finding time for yourself and having an oasis to come home to at the end of the day. That concept guided us when we created Arbor Eighteen," said Omri Sachs, co-founder of Adam America Real Estate, which is developing the project with CGI Strategies. "We're offering more than just a building, we're providing a way of life for our residents, one that prioritizes balance and tranquility."

The 11-story building includes a main courtyard, Zen garden and a roof deck, designed by architect Steven Yavanian, who is known for his work at the Cleveland Museum of Art. 29 of the residences feature private balconies or terraces.

The interior of the condos are also meant to make residents "feel at ease."

"Understated luxury is thoughtfully curated throughout— from the wellness-inspired amenities to the residence interiors," said Paris Forino, who designed the residences.

The amenities include a fitness center with yoga studio, a meditation room, an infrared sauna, a library with a fireplace, a private mound with a billiards table, a private dining room, bike and stroller storage and a pet spa.

Arbor Eighteen is co-developed by Adam America and CGI Strategies. Isaac & Stern Architects designed the building. First occupancy is slated for the end of the year. Halstead Property Development Marketing's The Aguayo Team is handling the exclusive marketing and sales for Arbor Eighteen.
