The Horizon Group announced that sales have begun at 264 Webster Avenue in Kensington, Brooklyn.
Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects with interiors by Brittany Marom Interior Design, the eight-story, 63-residence building offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 435 to 1,257 s/f priced from $325,000.

● ANBAU Ground broker for twin Flatiron buildings
39 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District.
Anbau, a Manhattan-based real estate investment and development company, has broken ground for a 118,000 s/fground-up condominium development designed by COOKFOX at 39 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District.
Anbau purchased the first site in 2011 and choose to secure approval of the building’s design with the Landmarks Preservation Committee.
39 West 23rd Street is an asymmetrical two-tower development with a central courtyard that will feature 44 for-sale residences.
The storied site was home to FAO Schwarz before the iconic toy emporium moved to Fifth Avenue.
39 West 23rd is slated to launch sales early next year.
Pizzarotti is the general contractor on the project.
● RAFI ENTERPRISES Exclusive Village rental launched
Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team have launched Greenwich Village’s newest development, 136 W Houston.
The new rental development just won third place in the International Architecture Awards of 2018 (IAA).
