Isaac & Stern Architects, a New York-based firm with high-profile residential and commercial projects, created a distressed brick façade for the ground-up building located on the site of a former soap factory. The richly appointed interiors were designed by renowned designer Paris Farino. The building features 45 residences, including three penthouses and three garden-level homes, spread across nine floors. The condominiums will range from one to three bedrooms and twenty-nine of the residences will also feature private outdoor space.

 

Since the teaser site launched earlier this year, the sales team has seen incredible interest in the building. Buyers are drawn to its combination of a 15-year tax abatement + its beautiful Paris Forino- designed interiors + its first-class amenity spaces, which are uniquely located on the top floor of the building.
