BQE-adjacent Williamsburg condo launches sales from $840K

Sales are now underway on the nine-story building rising next to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, on North 7th Street, in Williamsburg. Curbed reported on the launch of the building’s teaser site in June, and now two months later, 308 North 7th Street’s 45 apartments are on the market.

 

Condos at the Isaac & Stern-designed building are asking from $840,000. Apartments at the building come in one through three-bedroom variants, and of the 45 apartments here, three are penthouses, and another three are garden-level homes. In addition, 29 of the apartments here have private outdoor space.

 

The Paris Forino-designed apartments include features like marble countertops and copper fixtures in the kitchen; the juxtaposition of stone and wood throughout the apartment; and a design that maximizes views. Prospective tenants can get a peek at a model home that’s set up within the sales gallery located at the building.

 

Amenities at the building will include a fitness room with an outdoor area, a terrace that has space for barbecuing, private cabanas that can be purchased, and a children’s playroom. All of these amenities are located on the top floor of the building. There’s also a landscaped garden on the ground floor. In addition to all that, there’s a bike room, storage room, and 23 indoor parking spots available for purchase.

 

The project is being developed by prolific Brooklyn developer Adam America Real Estate, in collaboration with the Naveh Shuster Group, and the building will have a 15-year, 421-a tax abatement in place. Sales and marketing at the condo are being handled by the Shemesh Team at Douglas Elliman. The first set of residents will move in early next year.
