STATE+BOND TOWNHOUSES

Distinct, modernist design by Ben Hansen Architects, using premium imported and domestic materials, is experienced both inside and out of these five individual Boerum Hill townhomes. The facade includes contemporary references to the surrounding townhouses: a refined mix of Danish brick by Peterson, oversized windows, mahogany doors, and vertical zinc panels. This 5-story, 118-unit rental building is located in Clinton Hill, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and duplexes. Some highlights of the interior design include spacious windows, Italian tile backsplashes, Caesarstone quartz countertops, and private outdoor spaces. The amenities included are unlike any others – featuring a social lounge, roof terrace, art studio and gallery, and music rehearsal space.

Located between Park Slope and Gowanus, this 12-story, 105-unit rental building was built by Aufgang Architects and includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences equipped with exclusive finishes and fixtures such as Caesarstone concrete counters with some apartments including a private outdoor terrace.
